SS Evolutions Model  This new lightweight drop-in from Boyds’ is the first truly ambidextrous thumbhole stock and one that is sure to turn heads. For all its futuristic looks, however, the SS Evolution is a purely functional stock. The grip angle allows the hand to assume the most natural position, and the palm swell on either side provides the most comfortable grip possible. Also, there is no forend contact with the barrel, so this stock will accept all barrel contours.

** The .17HMR barrel is Interchangeable with 22 WMR Barrel (Requires 22 WMR receiver) .  The WP 22WMR and .17HMR barrel will only have one extractor slot.  For 22WMR owners who have a double extractor bolt, we recommend replacing the outside (primary) extractor with a PC Sharp Claw Extractor and remove the inside (secondary) extractor.  NOTE:  To keep the bolt in sync we also recommend  not to replace the steel bolt buffer with the after-market plastic ones .   
 

*** Sold as a kit. The .17HM2 barrel requires a weighted bolt handle to eliminate the factory bolt from cycling too fast.  The kit price reflects a barrel and a weighted bolt handle by EABCO.  The factory firing pin may need to be replaced with a Power Custom precision firing pin.  NOTE:  EABCO kit was tested with all factory parts.  Use only a steel or WP bolt buffer pin.  Exchanging out the factory bolt release for an auto bolt release may cause the bolt to lock up.  A signed Discloser is required prior to shipping order.
